Since we were established in 2017, we’ve worked relentlessly to build up our client base, and this is mainly due to the great work of our staff who are on full employment contracts plus benefits offering them stability in an industry that is predominantly known for not doing so.
“All I wanted was a service that offered me an individual bespoke housekeeping service that worked for me, my family and our lifestyle whilst giving us peace of mind with a service we could trust. As I struggled to find such service I started The Beautiful Method.
After many years in the Fashion Industry working alongside some of the biggest names on the high street, I took a career break to start and raise my family. When going back to work after having my Son I searched for a cleaner that I could trust to provide a housekeeping service that would give me the confidence and freedom to concentrate on my family and my career, knowing that all my domestic needs had been taken care of.
Whilst on maternity leave with my twins and starting to make plans to return to the workplace I realised that there was a gap in the market for a consistently high standard, supportive housekeeping service, that could take care of all the domestic needs, so that we didn’t have to worry about them. Providing a safe and clean environment that meant I could spend my spare time with my family.
I wanted to be an employer that valued their staff and offered them stability, in a normally otherwise unstable industry, that provided opportunities for other working mums to get back into the workplace but also be there for their families and for them to have a support network of other like-minded people.
With no such service around in 2017 I launched The Beautiful Method, a service that has grown from strength to strength that has built a strong client base, a solid reputation for providing a service that our clients trust and regularly recommend. A service that values each individual member of staff, that provides a safe and secure environment for each team member to grow and be best they can be.
