Where you can, wash your hands with soap and water as it is the best way to get rid of germs in most situations. If you do not have access to soap and water, we recommend that you use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
Sanitizers can reduce the number of germs on your hands BUT they do not get rid of all types of germs.
Put enough gel on your hands to cover all surfaces.
Until your hands feel dry, rub the sanitizer around your hands. This should take around 20 seconds.
