What are your Mummy Superpowers?
Well I certainly didn’t until I started my business…
I never knew how many skills I had picked up being a mum that I could transfer into running my business.
Here is just a few…
The Art of Negotiation
Those with children especially younger ones will know that this is a superpower you learn very early on in mummy hood
Just getting out of the house in a morning can take some organising, especially when we all get back on the school run…aargghh!
With 3 children this is one of my superpowers, having 3 conversations at the same time whilst making lunch and doing craft. Who even knew we were capable ha ha
Customer skills you never knew you had… Trying to keep 3 children happy, to ensure that everyone gets what they need and also what they would like is the pure essence of customer service and team building.
Guiding your children through the ups and downs of every day life takes great skill, teaching them how to be kind little human beings, how to negotiate their way through the day.
Teaching them the way of the world and how to be the best they can be and how to take care of themselves both their physical and mental wellbeing. This shows true leadership….
You are already leading, supporting and guiding your own little team of people.
Just think you could be one day leading and supporting a greater team in your business and providing a service that cares to all your clients.
With my support and guidance you too can be taking all your mummy superpowers and using them to grow your own business and the future of your family.
